Is there a Program to back up Opera browser Profiles/Settings?

The built-in sync option in Opera doesn't back up all profiles and settings. I previously used "Hekasoft Backup & Restore," but it stopped working after the recent Opera update. Does anyone know of alternative programs? Thanks, I appreciate it.

@berthalf2 You can even do it manually, but any backup software should work.
