I have noticed that in version 28 some languages were removed, including Montenegrin language (crnogorski /me).
I wonder will Opera return Montenegrin language in new version?

Well, this is not related to Opera browser itself but may explain what is happening.

*update - Montenegrin language still exists in Opera 28, however, in order to be activated it's needed to re-install the Opera.

Also, you may change in settings the language from Montenegrin to e.g. English, however, you can't change from English to Montenegrin! The only way to change to Montenegrin is to re-install Opera again. Weird.
