How to turn off remember password

I have followed the instructions listed in the help pages on how to turn off the remember password function, but there is no on/off toggle in my settings.

This is the only location shown, but I don't have any way to turn the option off. How do I get the browser to stop asking me? Please and thank you for any help or advice you may have.
