How to Fix Broken Opera Profile Shortcuts After a Windows Update?

After a Windows update, my Opera profile shortcuts stopped working.
Clicking them doesn’t open the correct profile or does nothing at all.
Is there a way to restore or fix them?

@Holmesreign3182 Try editing the shortcut and make it points to opera.exe.
