Can't resize browser window width smaller than 516px (Opera 28)

This is hard-fixed minimal size? It's depend from extensions buttons number?
Can I switch off this limitation?

I think test adaptive design from localhost in some browsers.

It doesn't seem to be something people do very often. Also you have asked on a weekend.

I've done some tests here with some programs and all of them had a limit for resizing, so i guess it may not be an Opera specific issue.
