Silent install freezing

Hi,I'm using latest Opera setup version 26.0.1656.60 but silent install freezing,never end,tested on Windows 8.1 and XP,
clean system install,no antivirus installed (W8 defender turned off)
opera_setup.exe /silent /launchopera 0 /desktopshortcut 1 /quicklaunchshortcut 1 /setdefaultbrowser 1

I have this problem couple months,with older versions I had no problem.

Try a standard install instead of a silent one.

Today I've done a new test on a new installed system,and opera_setup.exe remains in processes list and not ending ... version 27
