Is there a way to backup Opera 26?

Hello,
I'm using Opera 26 (26.0.1656.60) and I want to format my disk and reinstall my OS. So, my question is simple. Is there a way to backup Opera? Bookmarks / Usernames:Passwords / Speed Dial etc.
Opera sync isn't working for me. So what can I do about it?

Backup Opera's profile folder. Check Omenu > About Opera for the path.

Note that passwords probably will not work as they are encrypted using your OS login info.
