Using Opera 26.0.1656.60 - Is there a way I am missing to rearrange the buttons that show up when installing extensions? Also, is there a way to stop the loading of the speed-dial page to be just a blank page?

I only have four buttons but what I found it works if you uninstall the extensions and install them again in the correct order. Start with the extension you want to see leftmost and so on...
