Built-in VPN Not Connecting

I'm facing an issue with Opera's built-in VPN—it keeps getting stuck on "connecting" and never establishes a connection. I've tried switching locations, disabling extensions, and even reinstalling the browser, but nothing seems to work.

Is there any fix for this, or is it just one of those common Opera VPN issues?
