Opera One or Opera GX?
Opera for PC version 115.0.5322.119
Is Emule set up to handle those links on the OS settings?
As using Edge all is fine, I think Emule is set up to handle the links

@leocg Thanks
but I've a problem
my language is italian and I use an italian version of Opera
I tried to follow your path ( Settings > Apps > Default Apps) but I don't find correspondence
I can translate Settings with Impostazioni
(and I find it on the menù)Apps with Applicazioni & Default Apps with Applicazioni di Default, but I'm not able to find this voices within the Impostazioni menù (???)

@kagliostroamp It's not an Opera setting, it's a Windows setting.

Hit Windows key + r to open up the run dialog, type
cmd
and press enter to open up a command prompt. Then, type:
start "test" "ed2k://test"
and press enter.
Does that open eMule?
Then, try:
start "test" "kad://test"
Does that open eMule?
Those need to work for things to work in Opera.
