[Opera VPN Pro]Can't unsubscribe

Hello everyone, I signed up for the free 7 day vpn pro subscription and conveniently can't unsubscribe, after my bank flagged the transaction as fraud, I decided I didn't want to pay opera nexway for a vpn. I've had many vpns, and never were they flagged.
I followed the steps in this forum page, direct from Opera and none of the steps work.
The steps are as follows- go to opera customer portal where you will your subscriptions. (or as they call it "manage your subscription".)
- Press manage next to your vpn pro subscription which will take you to your providers website where you can cancel. (the button conveniently doesn't exist!)
- if you need further assistance, contact vpn customer support directly. (Which gives you an email address to an opera associate)
SO, when you do steps 1 and 2 and realize it's a dead end, you do step 3. So I did step three, you know what happens?
An "associate" informs you that they can't cancel your membership, to do steps 1 and 2, and then give you a link to NEXWAY and tell you to contact them saying something about how "you got an email from them when you subscribed". After looking through my emails, I never got any correspondence from Nexway, only Opera.So you click the link to Nexway, for them to have no 'contact customer support' option. You have to sign up, so they're not affiliated with your already existing opera nexway account, so you can't log in and just unsubscribe through their website- oh no- you have to send in a ticket with them and then cross your fingers that they get back with you. According to other posts I've seen, they take their sweet old time doing so.
This is my first interaction with an Opera subscription, and I guarantee you it will be my last. There is also no way to remove your debit/credit card from your opera account either.Don't subscribe for VPN pro.
