Need clear instructions on blocking an extremist site from Speed Dial

I am not subscribed to the offensive sites, and I have read and tried to follow every direction I could find to block such sites from my Speed Dial. Please help.

@POpera-0 There is no way to block a site from showing up on News One Start Page.

What you can try to do is to contact Opera and give them some feedback saying your reasons for you to think that the site in question should not be there.
