Disabling of detached video window dimming on hoover

The detached video window is dimmed if the mouse is hoovering over it. This is very irritating if you watch something during work and you move your mouse across the screen to reach some elements you work with (like the icons of a program you work with) and each time your mouse travels over the video, the video dims and displays it's interface. This creates almost "flickering" effect if you work fast or you watch a tutorial related to what you do.
Is there a way to disable it or is there a way for the devs to see this message?

@AdWoGl I reported the same multiple times but without much success so far.
Personally, I don't use the One version as my daily bowser but I can advise you to disable the #video-popout-redesign flag. So the old one pop-out will be available in this case. It has a way better interface and controls imho. As a temporary solution at least.
