Move to -> New Island

Add the ability to create a new island via the right-click menu of a tab 'move to'.

Currently when you right click a tab (or a selection of tabs) you can right-click -> move to -> and only select either an existing workspace or an existing island.

This means if you want to group up a bunch of tabs to a new island, you have the clunky experience of grouping up two of them first by dragging one tab over the other (which can be very tricky especially with small tabs) and then you can ctrl click the remaining tabs and finally use the right click option.
