Wallpaper clipping through my Tabs

So I have an Elden Ring animated wallpaper which keeps clipping through my screen whenever I'm in a website. To clarify, it momentarily flashes the wallpaper on top of whatever I'm viewing, a lot. I assume it happens whenever the image updates/changes, as this only seems to happen when I'm scrolling or if there's a video playing, and not a whole lot, but enough for me to correlate the two. While I don't have epilepsy or anything like that, getting jump scared by the bright fiery Elden Ring thing while I'm looking at pictures of Lady Melina is not very demure.
