[VPN Pro]Refuses to open

I just subscribed to a trial of VPN Pro and it is not working.
I completed my payment info, address etc.. but when I download the software it refuses to open and allow me to turn on VPN pro.
When i go to cancel the subscription it tells me that I don't own a subscription to VPN pro even though i just subscribed for it. I am logged in on the same account, I haven't previously owned a VPN pro subscription so I don't understand the issue, if someone could help me fix the VPN or cancel the subscription it would be appreciated.
