Devtools theme switches to light mode after I reopen it.
However setting shows correct option but devtools doesn't use it:

How to fix it?

@duulket Remove this check mark (as seen in the screenshot) and restart DevTools, I do not know in which version of the Opera it was added, but before, instead of waiting for an update, I downloaded the old version of the opera to solve this problem.

@DiMarch Just've updated to latest version and didn't find any changes. Have came here to find some solution but you've already wrote it. Thank you so much!
