Open into Workspace via CLI Argument?

I'd like to create a Windows shortcut that opens Opera with a specific Workspace active (regardless of the Workspace I had active when I last closed Opera). Is there a way to accomplish this via a command line argument/parameter I can add to the shortcut, or perhaps by some other means?
