Main password for Opera

How can I protect the launch of Opera with a password - a master password? My brother and I have one laptop and I don't want him to use my browser (Opera ) I just don't want him to be able to run it - can it be done?

@ZakArTee Go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Other Users

Add an account for you and other for your brother.
