If I want to insert a personal address how I've to write it ?
I mean do I have to enter the numeric or letter address?

According to Windows, it's https://one.one.one.one/dns-query

Thank you,if I'm using for example cludflare's dns on my router or pc and I set up the option to use dns over https in the browser, which of the settings will prevail on the others?

Looking in Settings :
I'm already using DNS over HTTPS (Cloudflare's one for malware and adult content) ..
Anyway I've taken a look here and here,and I've done some test to see if it is working correctly :
here's the first result using the Cloudflare's website to check if the DNS is working : with Opera VPN enabled ; with Opera's VPN disabled
Plus I've done soe test using DNS leak test
Opera VPN enabled :

Opera VPN disabled :

So this means that DoH doesn't works with VPN enabled ?

@Simone-Brunacci With VPN you probably will be using VPNs DNS aerver.

In OfA is said that VPN and DOH can't be used together.
