anytime i try to use spotify on the web, ill open the page, it'll load normally for a second or two, then it'll have a message show up that says "Playback of protected content is not enabled." the thing is i do have playback of protected content enabled and it'll still say the same thing, no matter what i do. ive tried looking for solutions but cant find any at all. and its totally opera because i tried it on microsoft edge and it worked perfectly fine. i'm at a loss and have no idea what to do. sorry if this post is messy, posting this late into the morning. please let me know if i'm doing anything wrong.

@martv1 Yes, this issue really needs to be fixed; I'm facing the same problem. It’s so frustrating working without music, especially during long shifts. I'm currently designing a store for a client selling neoprene weightlifting belt and other gym accessories, and it gets really boring without tunes. The Spotify web player not working is a major setback, and using the Spotify app just slows everything down because it consumes so much RAM. Hopefully, there's a solution soon so we can get back to working with some background music.
