Google search field shows up when a page doesn't load

I know that we have the option to change default Search. What I don't know is the reason when a webpage doesn't load while I am using VPN Pro
Google home page pops up. Also, the Google icon search is showing on the desktop.
The purpose of using Opera is to get away from Google.

@jdblack66 Opera probably have an agreement with Google to use it in the page can't be reached warning page.
