Wrong google country

When I search in the main address bar, it always takes me to google.co.il, not google.com. I also noticed that when I go to manange search engines, the Wikipedia option is in Hebrew. It seems that Opera thinks I'm in Israel and I think that affects my search results. Any ideas how to fix this?

Try this:

With Opera closed, open "Local State" in a text editor and change the country code in the following lines:

      "country_from_server": "  ",
