Today I am unable to scroll down (some) websites. It's not happening on every single site, but a lot of websites that should have a scroll bar, or allow me to page down are not allowing me to, all of a sudden today.
As far as I am aware, nothing has changed between yesterday and today...

Are you using any tracker blocker or cookie consent extension or similar? I have seen numerous cases, when some ad/tracker/whatever blocker (even Opera internal one) interferes with cookie consent screen - after temporary disabling it cookie screen shows, I make my decision [to reject whatever possible], re-enable blocker and life goes on.

Then I have seen some clever sites, which detect adblocker and display warning - but this warning gets blocked and page appears non-responsivle.

That sounds frustrating. If you can't scroll on some websites, it might be worth checking if you’re using any tracker blockers or cookie consent extensions. Sometimes, these can interfere with website functionality. I’ve noticed that ad or tracker blockers (including Opera’s built-in one) can mess with cookie consent screens. Try temporarily disabling the blocker, handle the cookie consent, and then re-enable it.

Also, some sites are clever enough to detect ad blockers and display warnings, but these warnings can get blocked too, which might make the page seem unresponsive. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or restart it to see if that helps. If the problem persists, make sure your browser is up to date or try using a different one.
