I got a new laptop and wanted to get my passwords and other stuff back on the new one so I synced everything and nothing happens. And yes, I'm on the same account on both.

@leocg The newest one. But later on I read more and more articles here and I realized you have to go to https://www.sync.opera.com.

It synced, but there's still a major problem - The reason I synced in the first place was to access my passwords, and it says they are encrypted.

How do I access them?

You need to login to Sync service to get your synced data. You can do it from the menu or from the settings page.
