Wallpaper and speed dial page removed after exit

Okay so I add a new item to speed dial. After logging out and logging back in that item is gone and my wallpaper is my desktop view not the wallpaper I had when I closed Opera?
This just started but its another flaw in Opera due to updates that dont work.
