How do I set Telegram in Opera to be the default telegram for Windows on my desktop?

Hi,
I would like to open channels from other browsers and things like that with telegram for opera instead of telegram desktop but I can't find out how to set telegram for opera as my default telegram application on windows 11. Thanks
