Slow loading

So, i have a great internet, but opera kinda of slow it down? the web sites are slow to open, they load forever and forever, but in others browsers it works just fine

WhoGonStopMe last edited by@snowyzyw I just had this same problem where only when I opened the browser It took abnormally long. Then everything else loaded fine after the browser finally opened. If your browser is sluggish even after you get It opened than this might not be the fix for you but for me this is what I did and it worked right away.
FIX: turn off any GX lights in settings and close the browser and open it back up and boom. For me this instantly fixed the slow loading of the initial opening of the browser. I tried uninstalling the browser and restarting PC first but that did nothing. Tried this after honestly not thinking it would do anything but here we are. Chrome will always still be there though just in case

Same problem! I met this sometimes but I don't know why. At first, I think it's because of the website https://www.oneday.co.th/ was slow. But it was loaded on other platforms like Edge or Chrome.
P/s: My Internet was totally fine as well

Thanks you saved me! Opera has always worked faster for me than chrome except for the past week

@rosemitch15 No problem buddy. Yeah I like Opera gx for all of its additional features especially discord and chat gpt/Aria but I don’t like the fact I have to have my browser opened when playing games to be in discord calls with my buddies so I went back to chrome for now. If they can make it where you can use discord but close out of the browser than I would probably come back. The themes and shaders are a nice touch as well but straining.
