Password Managers extensions don't show up

I was using IronVest, formerly Blur, in Opera. But had an issue with it that needed it to be removed and then reinstalled. I removed it, but can't find it in the Opera extensions and no way to get to the Chrome store where I got it (have had it since 2010) to reinstall it.

Is there no way to get it back here? It syncs between all my other browsers and my iOS devices as well. I don't want a standalone password manager. If it's not available here, I'll just delete the browser. Thanks.

@genej101 What prevents you from getting the extension in Chrome Store again?

@genej101 I've had the same problem with 1Password which worked fine w/out and extension and yesterday, it stopped working. Now I have to manually enter the account name and password after looking it up in 1Password.

That's several steps backward.
