Opera GX Won't Install Addons

I've been trying to install a wallpaper, but no matter how many times i click the install button it won't actually install. I'm logged in and have the current browser version.

@yourlocalgmodanimator I know you can't display your own wallpaper until you've turned off their wallpaper changer; perhaps it also blocks downloading? Try turning that off then see.

Hmm, https://addons.opera.com/en/wallpapers/details/legend-of-zelda/ installed fine for me, for what it's worth.

At the URL opera://settings/opera-gx with wallpapers set to "Custom", keep hitting the left arrow for the "All wallpapers" preview slider till you get to the beginning to see if you can find that wallpaper. If so, select it.
