No longer open my Browser-folders on the toolbar

So this usually occurs when I bang on my desk hard or jostle my keyboard...
Win 11pro high end comp (Ryzen9 5950X with 32GB ram Nvidia 4090)Opera Browser will no longer open my Browser-folders on the toolbar, it will only want prompt me to open up every website in the toolbar folder (no other options)
So if this is a keyboard enticed glitch, which keystroke is doing this???
if not... what could be causing it? (High end Steelseries keyboard)
My remedy so far is restart the computer... re-loading Opera won't work, sleep/awaken wont resolve, has to be reset computer to resolve it. -

@slickrick28mmrpg What do you call browser folders? Would it be bookmarks folder?
What version of Opera and what OS?
