Help me find an old version of Opera USB

Hi. I need an older version of the portable version of Opera for Windows. I'll start with the fact that a little more than a month ago, during the next update, the setting disappeared in the browser, which allowed clearing cookies for a certain site when closing the browser, and when last updated to version 110.X most of the plugins stopped working for me. Now I am looking for a portable version of the browser in which it was possible to clear Cookies when closing the browser, and this was version approximately 101.X. If someone helps me find the Portable version of Opera 101 or 100, I will be very grateful. Thank you. I looked at the versions I needed on FTP, but there are only versions that require installation, but no USB versions
