problem to use pro vpn on leptop

I am connected through the mobile phone to pro vpn but when I connect on the laptop with the same user it seems that I do not have pro.
what can be done?

@nitzans If you have pro vpn , it should be usable except if it isn't the same app you downloaded: ~~
