Closing tabs switches context even if there is no opened tabs in the next one

Closing the last tab shouldn't change the context if next context doesn't contain any opened tabs.
This is very annoying.

I honestly wouldn't want to use this functionality at all even if the target context contains some tabs.

It would also be great to have a keyboard shortcut to change the context.
