it doesn't sync my old bookmarks

I synchronized it for the first time when I bought one on the PC but today because of a power outage I had to format the PC so I installed Opera again and logged in with my normal account like I did last time but now it doesn't sync my old bookmarks I've already logged out. and I logged in and uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work, can anyone help me?
