Youtube Kids mobile blocked on opera

Whenever I try to access youtube on YouTube mobile with tracking/adblock on and off it shows up with the below link and message. I am on a Samsung A53 with latest version of Android. What do I do?

@abyssoflemons It seems that you are being blocked by YouTube Kids policy. Try checking your YouTube account settings.
