[Solved]Open new tabs in Opera android.

Hello,
Surely it must be something very simple, but
In Opera Android I can't find a way to open a new tab while I'm browsing, without closing the page I'm visiting at that moment. That is, suppose I am visiting these forums and I want to open a new tab to navigate to another website without closing the forum page.

I looked in Opera settings and couldn't find a way to open a new tab.

It's precisely that no + symbol appears anywhere, that's the strange thing. At the top right I only see the 3 points where other options are displayed, but none of them are the + symbol or New tab.

Above the three dots there is nothing else, only the android symbols appear (wifi, connection, battery...)

Solved!
When looking at your screenshot I saw that the "+" button to add tabs did not appear, and that the bar with the login, configuration and Share buttons was at the bottom of my screen. That gave me the clue that it was a design issue. I went to Settings and Design, and there I saw that the Create tabs option was disabled.
