How 2 migrate all my opened tabs (80) + all my shortcuts of the startpage from the current (old) phone 2 a new phone?

I did it now

but there was only my new mobile phone added

but not all the open tabs
and all the shortcuts on my opera start page️ ️

is it maybe necessary to get this conditions settings with my computer to log in my account there?

and then to do it via the PC and the new telephone

I need more detailed explanation (step by step description).
