I'm using the Windows Store App while this starts working again.
The only environment I checked is the one on the video.

@leocg the pin or the resizing won't change anything. The sidebar Whatsapp keeps unresponsive.

web whatsapp on a regular tab works fine.

Log out, clear the cookies, restart and most importantly change to Light Mode (dark mode messes with the scanner I think) for the QR to scan. It worked for me and I have been having this issue for months.
