Whatsapp sidebar not working

I don't know what happened but the Whatsapp of the sidebar isn't loading my chats. I logged out and logged in and scanned the QR but I just get a blank screen.

I'm using the Windows Store App while this starts working again.
The only environment I checked is the one on the video.

@leocg the pin or the resizing won't change anything. The sidebar Whatsapp keeps unresponsive.

web whatsapp on a regular tab works fine.
