Sucuri website blocking access to a website

How do I stop this?
I can access the site ExcelForum in Microsoft Edge but is blocked in Opera? I think Sucuri site is a scam.

I tried accessing Excel Forums using Opera GX on Win11 and this "Access Denied" by Sucuri website saying I need to contact Sucuri website for assistance. I believe it is a scam.
I can access the site in MS Edge okay.

@lionelnz Disable the VPN. As the screenshot says, the site is blocking your IP, that happens to be one from Opera VPN
