Opera Crashing Multiple times a day

Seems like recently (last month or so) my opera (109.0.5097.38) is crashing often. Not sure of the trigger, but once it occurs no new page will load and no old page will refresh. I have to exit out and restart and then things are fine. Any suggestions as I don't see this on my other PCs.

@bradeckx If you have to exit that's called a freeze or a lock-up, a crash generally involves the window disappearing, sometimes with an error message.
