[Duplicated][Suggestion] Allow to edit and remove pre-installed search engines

Why can't we the user pick and chose what search engine to delete and remove? What does Opera think, were all unable to make such a decision? I'd love to dump Gag Me Google and Bing.

@scopesnc You know the answer already, don't you? The built-in search engines include referral links for Opera, so that using them helps fund browser development. You're not forced to use them, but they want them to be available should you choose to support Opera that way.
