Does anyone know of a way to change the background color of all the Settings pages?

@leocg - thanks, it appears not. There is a 'Enable Force dark theme on pages from Settings and Easy Setup' flag, but it doesn't work.

You used to be able to use the --extensions-on-chrome-urls command-line switch to get Opera to run extensions on chrome:// and opera:// pages (if the extension was set to run on chrome:// URLs). This would allow extensions to run on the settings page and the start page etc. But, I haven't been able to get that to work for a long time.
