Problem install new opera (108) on windows 7

Good morning, I have windows 7 with Opera with version 95, I would like to install from the Operasetup package but when I start it gives me the following message: "the GetProcessmitigationPolicy entry point of the procedure in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll could not be found. Can anyone help me? but can I install the new work on window 7 64? thanks

@konstantine1982 As known, Opera stopped supporting Windows 7 since version 96. So Opera 95 is the last one with support for that OS.
