I would like to see a direct install button like the one on chrome. And other browsers of course.

@leocg The Android version does. Formally called progressive web apps (or PWAs), that's what you have when you choose the Add to > Home Screen option. So it shouldn't be hard for desktop to do so as well. Just requires the ability to draw a window without most of the browser UI.
