Lost data after system downgrade

blackshadow1234 last edited byI used to have Windows 10 but it was a little slow so my uncle formatted the PC and changed Windows 10 to 8.1, now the mods I had for Opera were deleted, and it won't let me reinstall them, I'm trying to update Opera to a newer version. new so that the mods can be downloaded
and no update option appears, 
In addition to this, all my page history was deleted, I had a couple of books and files about my work that I need to recover, at least the things whose files are too strange for me to remember them, well I remember the drives and the agenda, but I know I'm missing things just by remembering

@blackshadow1234 As said, Opera 95 is the last version with support for Windows 8.1.
Since a lot of things have changed since that version, including location of users data, that's probably why you lost lot of information.
