The same here. It looks as this happens randomly even deliberately with new updates. I actually chose to use Opera because of this setting.

Third party cookies are in a process of being deprecated by Chromium. Those changes/limitations are a part of it.

When I close opera an re enter asking gmail password facebook password .
can not sellect allow third party cookies

uninstall and re install opera several times but same
