I had this problem now. I choose 'Block third-party cookies' (or 'Allow third-party cookies') -> refresh -> and it's go back to 'Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode'.

The same here. It looks as this happens randomly even deliberately with new updates. I actually chose to use Opera because of this setting.

Third party cookies are in a process of being deprecated by Chromium. Those changes/limitations are a part of it.

When I close opera an re enter asking gmail password facebook password .
can not sellect allow third party cookies

With the latest update it should work again as expected.
