I switched to Opera as my main browser but noticed it's getting progressively more laggy and unresponsive. Easiest example is youtube. I write a comment and the browser doesn't even show me what I write, it takes a few seconds to register the inputs. Videos become a bit laggy as well. I don't have this issue anywhere else. I have youtube premium. After turning off opera in-built ad blocker youtube works now 20 times faster. I highly suggest for everyone to turn it off.
